This includes:
- All of Europe (France, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands)
- Asia-Pacific (China, Singapore, India, Japan)
- Middle East & Africa (UAE, South Africa, Kenya, Egypt)
- Latin America (Brazil, Panama, Chile, Mexico)
- Select compliant jurisdictions in North America (for UCC lien-based actions)
Bypassing Western Courts: In cases where enforcement is politically blocked (e.g., U.S., U.K.), the Fund executes through BRICS-based financial pressure, trade enforcement, and UCC filings.
